• This machine carries out all the chamfering and finishing operations required before packing the tiles. It is made up of two sections:
  The first section (side chamfering and calibration) is made up of metal structural work enbloc and includes:
  1 - First group for width calibration, made up of 1 spindle holding diamond wheels.
  2 - First group for chamfering two of the edges made up of 1 + 1 opposed cast - iron spindles with adjustable pneumatic working pressure, holding abrasive wheels.
  3 - Automatic rotating device to turn the tiles by 90° by belts with rubber coating and tile conveyance on trapezoidal belts controlled by hydraulic speed variator.
  4 - Grooving unit holding two or more diamond discs with device to adjust the grooving depth on the lower side of the tiles.
  5 - Lectern type control boards, easy readout to control and check the first section.
  6 - Second calibration group to calibrate the remaining two sides of the tiles.
  7 - Second chamfering group for chamfering the remaining two edges of the tiles.
  8 - Automatic device for adjusting the guides according to the tile size visualized directly on the control board. During the chamfering and calibrating operations, the tiles are conveyed on suitable guided rubber belts whose speed is controlled by hydraulic speed variator and is adjustable from the control board with readout on display.
